If INEGO and Mr. YEZZ comes across any difference in pricing resulting from typographic errors w.r.t pricing or product information, INEGO and Mr. YEZZ shall have the right to rectify the same or cancel the order(s) and refund money, if any collected from You within 10-15 business days of such corrective action taken. The mode of refund will be the same as at the time of placing the order. Cash on Delivery order refunds will be done through bank transfer.
30 Day Replacement Guarantee:
Our 30-Day Replacement Guarantee covers all physical products sold on Inego.in. Contact us at the time of delivery to return the merchandise for a replacement. If you realize you have a defective product you have a 30-day window to return the product to us for a replacement.
In some instances, we are unable to issue a replacement:
- Damages due to misuse of product
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the delivered product
We accept returns subject to the following conditions:
- Clothes are not used, worn (other than trials), stained or damaged and are unwashed.
- Original tags and packaging should be intact. For items that come in branded packaging, the box should be undamaged.
- Original invoice is packed along with the returned products.
- All accessories that come along with the products are packed and returned unaltered.

Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same on Inego.in.

Cancellation of order:
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, under a situation where we are not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with our policy or for any other reason. However, we will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

1.4. Subject to Clause 1.5, any natural person who is a retail customer of www.inego.in online store may become a member. The INEGO Management, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to refuse any natural person with the right to participate in this membership Program.
1.5. Each individual is only permitted to register once.
2.Promoter's rights and exclusion of liability
2.1. The Promoter may in its absolute discretion, at any time: (a) change, amend or vary these terms and conditions (b) change, amend, vary, withdraw or cancel any Reward or the value of any Reward, (c) withdraw, cancel, vary or change at any time, Points or the value of future Points, (d) exclude a member from, or cancel a member's membership in, the Program without prior notice and without prior notice to a member.
2.2 The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, at any time cancel the Program in whole (or in part) upon reasonable notice ("reasonable notice" being no less than 4 weeks) to Members.
2.3 Without in any way limiting the rights of the Promoter as set out in clause 2.1 and 2.2, if a member is, at any time, in breach of the Member's trading terms with the Promoter, the Promoter may cancel the Member's membership with the Program and any Member whose membership is cancelled may no longer access Rewards and all of their Points will be cancelled.
